If your device does not meet your expectations, our streamlined exchange process ensures you get the right solution for your monitoring needs.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the serial number of your LandAirSea device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Shipment

    Securely pack the device, including all original accessories, cables, and manuals, in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print and attach the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition and reset the internal hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
